Training with Flexible Scheduling
We offer several different emergency care and safety training for individuals, businesses, schools, and other organizations. We teach American Red Cross courses ranging from basic CPR/AED and First Aid to Emergency Medical Response (EMR). We also offer Health & Safety Institute (HSI) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Bloodborne Pathogens training, and we're continuing to add more HSI courses as they become available.
American Red Cross Programs
Designed for individuals, families, workplaces, schools, and organizations, these courses provide the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to respond confidently to everyday emergencies. No healthcare or public safety experience is required.
Community CPR Only
An awareness-level course that teaches the basics of hands-only CPR and builds the confidence to help save a life.
Learn how to recognize sudden cardiac arrest, call 911, and provide lifesaving chest compressions until emergency responders arrive. This awareness course is designed for anyone with no prior training and helps prepare everyday bystanders to respond during a cardiac emergency. No certification is issued for this course.
FA/CPR/AED
Our Intermediate course provides hands-on CPR, AED, and First Aid training, giving you the knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to medical emergencies.
Take the next step beyond awareness with our Intermediate-level American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED r.25 course. You'll learn the hands-on skills needed to respond to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies, including CPR, AED use, choking, bleeding control, and other common medical emergencies. Successful participants earn a nationally recognized American Red Cross certification.
Basic Life Support
Our Advanced course builds on basic CPR with more in-depth training, hands-on practice, and a greater understanding of medical emergencies.
The American Red Cross Basic Life Support r.25 (BLS) course is our Advanced-level course, building on the skills learned in a traditional CPR class through more in-depth instruction and hands-on practice. Students will learn high-quality CPR, AED use, ventilation techniques, team-based resuscitation, and how to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a two-year American Red Cross BLS certification.
American Red Cross Specialty Programs
Designed for individuals who need advanced, role-specific training, these programs prepare participants for specialized emergency response responsibilities in aquatic, public safety, and emergency medical settings.
American Red Cross Lifeguarding
The American Red Cross Lifeguarding r.24 course prepares participants with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies. Through classroom instruction, in-water skill practice, and realistic rescue scenarios, students will learn water rescues, surveillance techniques, CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers, first aid, and emergency response procedures. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a two-year American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification.
CPR & AED for Professional Rescuers
The American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers r.24 course builds on traditional CPR training by preparing participants to respond in professional rescue environments. This training is designed for healthcare providers, EMS personnel, and other professionals whose job responsibilities require advanced lifesaving skills. Through hands-on practice and realistic team-based scenarios, students will learn high-quality CPR, AED use, ventilation techniques, rapid assessment, and coordinated emergency response. A First Aid module can be added upon request to meet your organization's training needs. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a two-year American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers certification.
Emergency Medical Responder
The American Red Cross Emergency Medical Response (EMR) course is designed for individuals who want to take the next step into emergency medical care. This course combines classroom instruction with realistic scenarios and hands-on training to teach patient assessment, CPR, AED use, airway management, trauma care, medical emergencies, and other lifesaving skills needed to provide care until EMS arrives. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a two-year American Red Cross Emergency Medical Response certification. This certification does not, by itself, qualify participants for National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification or state licensure. Additional state-specific education, approvals, and testing requirements may apply.

Health and Safety Institute
We offer Health & Safety Institute (HSI) courses to meet the needs of organizations and employers that require HSI certifications. From healthcare training to workplace safety, our HSI programs provide nationally recognized certifications through practical, hands-on instruction.
Basic Life Support
The HSI Basic Life Support (BLS) course is designed for individuals who need BLS certification for employment or professional practice. Whether you're in healthcare, public safety, or another profession that requires CPR training, this course builds on the fundamentals of CPR through hands-on practice, team-based response, and realistic scenarios. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a two-year HSI Basic Life Support certification.
Blood Bourne Pathogens Training
The HSI Bloodborne Pathogens course is designed for individuals whose job duties may place them at risk of exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials. Participants will learn how to prevent exposure, use proper PPE, and respond appropriately to an exposure incident. This course can be added to our HSI Basic Life Support (BLS) course as a training package to meet your organization's needs. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a two-year HSI Bloodborne Pathogens certification.
